Andrew was Peter's brother and one of the first to follow Jesus. He is remembered as the disciple who was always bringing others to Jesus.

The One Who Followed First

Andrew, a disciple of John the Baptist, after meeting Jesus first went to find his brother Simon (Peter), saying, "We have found the Messiah," and brought him (John 1).

It was also Andrew who brought to Jesus the boy with five barley loaves and two fish at the feeding of the five thousand (John 6). He was always in the place of connecting someone to Jesus.
