Joshua

The leader who succeeded Moses and led the people into the promised land.

Joshua began as Moses' aide, became his successor, and led Israel into Canaan. He was a leader of faith and courage.

The Faith of a Few

Among the twelve spies, he and Caleb were the only two who cried out, "We can surely do it." Because of that faith, unlike the generation that died in the wilderness, he set foot in the promised land.

Be Strong and Courageous

To the one who inherited so great a mission, God repeatedly said, "Be strong and courageous" (Joshua 1). Through the obedience of marching around Jericho, he won his first victory.
